Born and raised in Thyolo, Maureen Namwali has dedicated her life to serving her community through education, healthcare, and agricultural development initiatives.

With over 15 years of experience in community leadership and public service, Maureen brings a unique understanding of Thyolo's challenges and opportunities. Her journey began as a teacher at Thyolo Primary School, where she witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education.

As a mother of three and a community organizer, Maureen understands the importance of creating sustainable opportunities for the next generation. Her commitment to Thyolo is deeply personal - this is her home, and she is invested in its prosperity.
